Grabbing mindshare in the leadership development and employee empowerment space can be a challenge. With so many entrenched vendors vying for attention, Cultivate was struggling to build thought leadership, which impacted sales’ ability to validate the brand with prospects.
To help raise awareness, drive leads and arm sales with collateral that could be send to qualified leads, Cultivate engaged with Voxus PR to help create a contributed article thought leadership campaign.
Primary goal: Work with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to brainstorm thought leadership topics, draft the articles for the experts, and place them in HR, tech and business-related publications.
Secondary goal: Help take internal company data and research and create reports and ebooks that could be shared with prospects and media.
Bonus goal: Help organize the first Cultivate Employee Empowerment Summit.
Following in-depth brainstorms with SMEs and identification of key topics, Voxus drafted and placed 12 contributed articles in key HR publications.
